Gallery: Closure In Moscow

Clousure in Moscow (10).jpg

It’s been 8 years since Closure in Moscow played Chicago, so you could say the crowd was a bit rowdy to say the least. Frontman Christoper De Cinque led the crowd in gold sneakers, eccentric attire and an even bolder attitude jokingly asking the crowd about the Chicago orgy scene. The band played their cult-classic debut album First Temple in its entirety- only out of order and turned on its head. Support for this tour included Thank You Scientist and Protest the Hero, who also played their cult album Fortress in its entirety. The lineup for this show is a mesh of the best of progressive bands from across continents. Even though Chicagoans had to wait nearly a decade in suspense for Closure in Moscow to play their city, they weren’t disappointed.
